Gracie's Wine Room in South Yarra, Melbourne, is seeking a Head Chef to own the kitchen and craft a seasonal menu of snackable plates that pair with our wine list.
This hands-on, full time role invites creative input and leadership to a small, close-knit team.
You will mentor the kitchen staff, manage ordering and food costs, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
