Community Solutions in Rockhampton is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering Positive Behaviour Support to individuals and families.
You will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop evidence-based strategies, complete Interim and Comprehensive PBS plans, and collaborate with families, support workers and allied health professionals.
