The Position
Engage and support young people aged ***** through outreach, individual support and community-basedactivities.
Build trusting relationships with young people and assist them to identify goals and pathways that enhancetheir wellbeing, education, employment and community participation.
Deliver youth-focused programs, events and engagement activities that promote connection, resilience andpositive outcomes.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary headspace team and external stakeholders to ensure youngpeople receive coordinated and responsive support.
Advocate for the needs of young people and facilitate access to appropriate services, resources andopportunities.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive and culturally responsive setting that encourages young people toparticipate and thrive.
Some evening, weekend and after-hours work may be required.
