About the role
We are seeking a FINANCE OFFICER to join our crew for an immediate start.
This is a full-time position but part-time of at least 32 hours per week would be considered for the right applicant.
Key responsibilities
Weekly Payroll - processing timesheets, PayDay Super, PAYG Withholding, Award interpretation, processing leave, statutory compliance (includes payroll tax, Coal LSL)
Accounts Receivable - invoicing, remittance allocations, statements, overdue account follow up
Bank Reconciliations
Reporting - Debtors, Work In Progress,



Labour Hours
Provide finance support for end of month financial reporting as required
Provide support for other areas of the business as required
About you
Relevant qualifications and experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
High-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Highly motivated and ability to contribute to and work within a small team environment
