Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality cutting, foiling, colouring, styling and hair treatments.
Provide qualified consultations and personalised hair recommendations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat bookings and client loyalty.
Stay up to date with current hair trends, techniques and industry developments.
Recommend suitable professional haircare products and ongoing home maintenance.
Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive, supportive environment.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional workstation.
Follow salon procedures, health and safety standards and service protocols.
Participate in ongoing education, training and professional development.
