St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking an experienced Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join the Health Independence Programs (HIP) Community Rehabilitation team in Melbourne.
You will deliver client-centred occupational therapy across home and centre-based settings, supporting function, independence and meaningful rehab goals.
Candidates will have four years of post-graduate experience, AHPRA registration, and solid communication and planning skills.
