Based in Maddington with coverage across Perth South Metro, the role supports clients at home, providing comprehensive assessments and holistic care with an interdisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years post-grad nursing experience, a focus on palliative care, current AHPRA registration, and a WA driver's license.
