Youthlaw is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Young Care Leavers Legal Service in Melbourne.
The role provides trauma-informed, culturally secure social work support to young people exiting out-of-home care, in conjunction with legal services.
You will help clients navigate housing, income, education and health systems, working closely with a dedicated lawyer to deliver holistic support and contribute to sector learning.
