The Opportunity
Work outdoors with experienced arborists who care about doing it right.
You'll earn while you learn, complete your Certificate III in Arboriculture, and become part of a crew that's known for qualified excellence and real integrity.
This isn't a gig.

Earn from day one (award rate + increases as you develop)
Full Certificate III training included
Work on diverse projects: residential, commercial, utility work
Genuine pathway to become a specialist climber, EWP operator, ground member or team leader with specialist mentors and support all the way
Monday - Friday full-time permanent role
What You'll Do
You'll learn the full craft of arboriculture:
Tree assessment: reading health, structure, and risk
Climbing and rigging techniques (safety first, always)
Tree pruning, removal, and cutting
Equipment maintenance and care
Tree biology and identification
Soil health: mulching, fertilising, pest management
Safety protocols and industry standards
Working as part of a professional, supportive team
You'll gain real skills that matter.
