As our nextAccount Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse territory acrossMount Isa and surrounding regions, partnering with customers across theMining, Utilities and Government sectors.
You'll nurture existing accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and deliver solutions that help customers succeed.
Thispermanent full-time opportunitywill see you spending the majority of your time with customers in the field, building lasting partnerships and driving territory growth, while working closely with ourMount Isa Operations Teamto deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and grow strong customer relationships across the Mining, Utilities, and Government sectors
Spend most of your time in the field, visiting customer sites, understanding their needs, and identifying growth opportunities
Manage and expand an existing customer portfolio while securing new business opportunities
Develop value-driven solutions that support customer success and deliver sales and profit growth
Execute a strategic territory plan, use CRM tools to manage opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
About You
Experienced in Account Management, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing sales role
Proven ability to grow customer relationships, win new business, and manage key or strategic accounts
Robust understanding of the Mount Isa region, with commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth
Excellent communication, relationship-building, planning, and territory management skills
Comfortable working independently, using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and travelling regularly throughout the territory
