Customer Service Representative - Tourism Casual
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent customer skills, being adaptable and adaptable to accommodate change and provide responsive services to meet customer needs.
Experience working in a tourism visitor or customer service environment and dealing with a diverse range of people.
Strong customer service experience and passion for delivering quality service.
Experience working with volunteers.
Competent computer skills, including point of sale ticketing systems.
Interest in sport and history.
Flexibility to work weekends, public and school holidays.
