Ovolo South Yarra in Melbourne is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the first touchpoint for guests entering the hotel.
This part-time role offers a lively, customer-focused workplace where your bubbly personality helps set the tone for each guest's stay.
You will greet guests, check them in and out, assist with bookings, promote the hotel's offerings, answer inquiries by phone, email, or online, and support the Front Office team to ensure smooth operations.
