Title: Partner Marketing & Community Manager – Research Partnerships

Responsibilities
Own marketing strategy and execution for external research partnerships from onboarding through public launch, including positioning research innovations and partner success stories.
Develop case studies, blogs, videos, newsletters, social content, and other external-facing materials that translate complex technical or scientific research into compelling stories.
Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, nonprofits, and other external partners while driving community engagement through events, conferences, summits, and digital channels.
Lead cross-functional launches by managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder coordination, and competing priorities.
Track marketing performance, community growth, and partner satisfaction, using AI tools and automation to scale marketing and engagement efforts.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or partnerships,



including 3+ years in a partner-facing or community-facing role.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical or scientific research for external audiences.
Experience working with academic institutions, nonprofits, research organizations, or university partnerships.
Proven success developing and launching external-facing content and digital campaigns, along with experience in community building, partner engagement, event planning, and marketing programs.
Robust project management skills; a bachelor's degree is required, a master's degree is preferred, and familiarity with AR/VR, wearables, computer vision, AI, or accessibility-focused technologies is a plus.
