St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland is seeking a part time Community Care Worker in Townsville to support clients on their alcohol and other drugs recovery journey—from pre-admission through to post-care and reintegration into the community.
The role involves outreach, advocacy, and practical assistance, working with families and support networks, and coordinating with health professionals and services to ensure wrap-around care.
A permanent, 19-hour-per-week position is based in Townsville.
