Seeking a strongsupervisorwith expertise inTelecommunications fixed infrastructure.
As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
Overseesite deployment and maintenanceto meet specifications.
Leadfield teamsfor effective project execution.
Plan projects to meetdeadlines and budgetary constraints.
Ensure compliance withquality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Managevendors and procurement activities.
Conductsite surveys and inspectionsto assess infrastructure needs.
Troubleshoottechnical issuesand implement solutions.
Maintaincomprehensive project documentationfor tracking and reporting.
Fosterpositive customer relationshipsthroughout project lifecycles.
Drivecontinuous improvement initiativesto enhance efficiency.
What we are looking for?
Civil experience
Capable of understanding rod and rope practices.
Experience with NBN and or Telstra Works
Capable of supervising field resources.
Construction experience preferred.
