The Role:
Discover Adelaideis a unique souvenir store concept that recreates a sense of the local culture within each outlet.
The concept offers travelers an experiential playground, with a strong sense of place and a well thought customer shopping experience, where they can find authentic, high quality and affordable gifts and souvenirs.
We're looking for aCasual Retail Assistantto join our team atAdelaide Airport.
If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
Minimum availability 3-4 days per week
Weekends are regarded but not essential, flexibility is crucial
Own transport needed to cover early and late shifts
What You'll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
Assist customers with queries in a friendly, qualified manner
What We're Looking For:
Passion for customer service & sales
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Well-groomed & professionally presented
Retail experience?
Great!
But not essential—we'll train you!




Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
