Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) Social Worker role involves delivering psychosocial assessments, therapeutic interventions, advocacy and discharge planning within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
The position requires 3+ years of social work experience, AASW registration or eligibility, and a current driver's license; weekend shifts and on-call duties are expected.
