We're looking for a friendly, proactive Admin / Service Advisor who enjoys a varied day and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
You'll be the welcoming face and helpful voice of Ultimate Automotive—looking after customers, coordinating with suppliers and keeping our workshop administration on track.
From the first phone call to handing back the keys, you'll help make every visit a positive experience.
If you enjoy talking to people, getting things sorted and seeing a job through, we'd love to meet you.
Your role
You'll be a key link between our customers, workshop and suppliers, with responsibilities including:
Making customers feel welcome—greeting them and managing check-ins and vehicle collections
Helping customers take the next step—preparing quotes and answering enquiries
Keeping jobs moving—organising parts and coordinating with suppliers
Estimates— Building estimate with accurate labour times and parts pricing
Being a helpful first point of contact—answering calls with a friendly, professional approach




Getting the details right—managing incoming and outgoing invoices and handling banking
Taking pride in your space—keeping the office and your workspace clean, tidy and organised
What you'll bring

Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers and teammates
The ability to juggle phone calls, paperwork and daily priorities
A practical attitude, initiative and pride in a job well done
Automotive/ mechanical background a advantage.
