The role supports Registered Nurses and care staff in clinical management, quality care delivery, standards maintenance and a positive work environment.
You will monitor resident care plans, advise on complex nursing needs and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Solid leadership, English communication and numeracy are essential for success.
