The Role
We're looking for a commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our Gepps Cross business.
This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market share and leading a high-performing team.
You'll have full accountability for branch performance including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Drive branch sales growth through customer retention, account development and new business opportunities.
Lead, coach, and manage a diverse team of customer service, warehousing and technical professionals
Ownership of branch performance across safety, commercial, and operations
Build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to profitable sales growth across the region
Partner with other branch leaders and internal stakeholders to share insights, solve problems and drive performance
Drive continuous improvement, encouraging your team to find safer, smarter and more efficient ways of working
What You'll Bring
Extensive operational management experience in a similar capability (exposure to FMCG will be highly regarded)
Solid Sales experience, including the ability to drive new business
A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to hold yourself and others accountable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across customers, frontline teams and internal stakeholders
A continuous improvement mindset
A Current Driver's Licence
