Job Description
In this role you will:
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
Collaborate with families andsupport networks to achieve positive outcomes
Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently
Degree in allied health or related area (preferred but not necessary)
Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
