Life Without Barriers welcomes a Youth Worker to help young people in the Southern Downs region (Warwick, Stanthorpe and surrounds) access safe housing and community supports.
You will deliver home and community-based support, focusing on routines, life skills and independence with trauma-informed care.
This permanent part time role offers meaningful outcomes, supportive teams, and opportunities for professional development within our Youth Housing service in Queensland.
