Retail Assistant Westfield Liverpool Immediate Start
We are seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy Retail Assistants to join our team at Westfield Shopping Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with Samsung/Android devices, accessories, and product comparisons
Provide knowledgeable advice on mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and other tech
Maintain high merchandising standards, store displays, and stock levels
Process sales transactions and handle general customer inquiries
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
Requirements:
Retail experience preferred (JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, EB Games, Zing, etc.)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valuable understanding of consumer electronics and Android devices
Well-presented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability for weekend and late-night shifts
Full training provided
