Job Description
Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for various positions, primarily supporting Sales and Technical Services hiring.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
Coordinate interviews with head of department and internal teams and ensure timely closure of positions.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate offer release, documentation, joining formalities and induction.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and completion of joining documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate records.

Education Qualifications
Any Graduate/Any Specialization
Behavioural Profile
2 yrs experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and Onboarding role.
Good sourcing, screening, coordination and follow-up skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work within hiring TATs.
