Silverchain is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Specialist Palliative Care Service in Perth South Metro.
You will provide home-based palliative care, assessing and managing complex symptoms, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
The role is 0.7 to 0.9 FTE with days/evenings and occasional night shifts.
Base at Maddington with travel within the metro, offering a market-competitive salary, training, and generous leave.
