Synergie Group in Australia seeks a proactive Workshop Manager to lead a high-volume structural steel fabrication workshop, coordinating planning, production and day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Senior Workshop Manager, you will oversee welding, fabrication, quality and dispatch, driving safety, efficiency and continuous improvement in a hands-on leadership role.
The role requires a Boilermaking/Fabrication/Welding trade qualification and robust AS/NZS/ISO process knowledge, plus ERP/MRP
