Part Time – 3 Days Per Week | Approx. 20 Hours
We're looking for a
self‐motivated, reliable and honest person
to join us at
Wivenhoe Pocket, near Fernvale
.
While we operate a busy turf farm, this position will primarily be based around our
animal farm and property
, helping us keep everything maintained, tidy and running smoothly.
This is a
hands‐on and varied role
, so no two days will necessarily be the same. Duties will include:
General repairs, maintenance and installation work
Lawn and garden maintenance
Basic carpentry
Fence and paddock maintenance
Irrigation repairs and maintenance
General property upkeep
Working around and assisting with our animals
Poo collection – mainly from our miniature donkeys
We have plenty of machinery available to make the bigger jobs easier, including
tractors,



forklift, bobcat and loader
.
We're looking for someone who is
practical, takes pride in their work and can work independently
. Importantly, we'd love someone who can
look around the property, notice jobs that need doing and get stuck into them without always needing to be asked
.
Someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is happy to turn their hand to whatever needs doing would be a excellent fit.
The position may suit someone with an
ABN
, although this is
not essential
.
