Warrigal is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our Wollongong-based Links site. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering professional support and services to residents, families and the local community.
In this part time role (30 hours/week), you'll handle reception, general enquiries, and routine admin with warmth and empathy. Aged care experience is valued as you help people feel cared for and respected.
