Purpose of the role
To provide short-term quality, safety and customer assurance advisory support to ZOLL Medical Australia, with a focus on preparing for and supporting the upcoming IMS audit.
Key responsibilities
Support preparation for the IMS audit,



including reviewing documentation, records and audit readiness
Assist the team with audit preparation and answer audit-related questions
Attend and support the team on the audit day
Provide occasional ad hoc advice on quality, safety and customer assurance matters, as requested
Support handover and knowledge transfer to the incoming Quality, Safety & Customer Assurance Manager, if requested
Requirements
Strong knowledge of quality, safety and customer assurance in a regulated (medical device) workplace
Experience with integrated management systems (IMS) and audits
Valid ABN
All work must be requested and approved in advance by the Country Manager ANZ or their delegate.
