You will cut, grind and prepare meats for sale, operate cutting machinery, and create attractive displays and signage.
You will also weigh, package and price products, maintain tools, keep accurate records, and ensure food safety and sanitation throughout operations.
Certificate III in Meat Processing or relevant is required.
