The role focuses on Avaya Aura, telephony infrastructure, and related UC technologies to ensure reliability and performance of enterprise telephony systems.
The successful candidate will work with Avaya Aura CM/SM/SMGR/AAMS, ASBCE, SIP trunking, and SIP/H.323 protocols, while supporting Linux and VMware environments and maintaining comprehensive technical
