Western NSW LHD is seeking a Physiotherapist for the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) in NSW.
The role involves conducting physical and mobility assessments, delivering targeted exercise programs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support reablement for older adults post-hospitalisation.
The position offers permanent full-time or part time arrangements, with salary up to AU$113,301 per year plus superannuation and salary packaging options.
