The role offers approximately 2–3 days per week, with Mondays essential and flexible start times.
You will prepare and cook a wide-ranging menu, manage stock, uphold food safety, and work autonomously while collaborating with the team in a 4-star, 39-room establishment with an on-site restaurant and bar.
