Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily practice operations and ensure efficient workflows
Lead, mentor and manage clinical and administrative staff
Coordinate rostering, recruitment and staff development
Monitor budgets, KPIs and overall practice performance
Maintain high standards of patient care and compliance




Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
About You
Previous Practice Manager experience required
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of dental practice operations
Experience managing budgets, reporting and staff performance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive, approachable and confident working independently
Available to commence immediately or at short notice
