You will support institutional clients with day-to-day enquiries, requests, and transactions, communicating by phone and email to drive timely resolutions.
You will work with operations, risk, and support teams, building knowledge of banking processes and maintaining accuracy under regulatory requirements.
The role includes adaptable hybrid arrangements after an initial training period in-office.
