This is afull-time positionoffering an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a agile hospitality environment.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes whilst maintaining exceptional food standards and leading kitchen operations.
This role is pivotal to delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests and patrons, directly contributing to the hotel's reputation and success.
Key responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest culinary standards, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
Manage food preparation, cooking methods and plating to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor food inventory, stock levels and quality, reporting to management when supplies need replenishing
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during all service periods
Train, mentor and supervise junior kitchen staff, promoting good culinary practices and professional development
Develop creative menu ideas and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and guest preferences
Liaise with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and address any dietary requirements or special requests
Maintain knowledge of current food trends and culinary techniques to keep the menu fresh and competitive
What we're looking for
Formal culinary qualifications or equivalent practical experience in a professional kitchen environment
Proven experience as a Chef or senior kitchen role in a hotel, restaurant or catering establishment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety and kitchen operations




Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure during service periods
Leadership abilities with experience supervising and training kitchen staff
Passion for food quality, presentation and innovation
Understanding of health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards
Ability to work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards consistently
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
