The District Nurses (TDN) is a not-for-profit organisation in Tasmania dedicated to helping people live and age well at home. As a Community Support Worker, you will support clients in their homes across Launceston, George Town and surrounding suburbs, providing personal care, companionship and practical assistance with daily tasks.
Essentials include Certificate III in Individual Support, a valid driver licence, Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement.
