To support that growth, we require a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team. You will own the accounts payable function for one of our states, working closely with a supportive team that values accuracy, ownership and continuous improvement.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. You will keep your part of our financial operations running smoothly and accurately. Key responsibilities include:
Managing the end-to-end accounts payable function for your state
Completing monthly bank reconciliations
Processing credit card reconciliations
Uploading and processing payments through the banking system
Preparing and posting monthly journals
Data entry and finance administration
Supporting the broader Finance Team with ad hoc tasks and projects




About You
You are organised, reliable and take pride in getting the details right. You will bring:
At least 2 years' experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
Strong working knowledge of MYOB (preferred) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines without compromising accuracy
Clear, confident communication and the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to work independently and take full ownership of your responsibilities
