Warehouse and Feed Mill Manufacturing Assistant
Millstone Group is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of packaged stockfeeds based in Allora, Queensland. We supply a wide range of quality feed products to rural stores throughout Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.
About the role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse and Feed Mill Manufacturing Assistant to join our team in Allora. This hands-on role supports the manufacture and dispatch of animal feed products while maintaining our high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
Key responsibilities
Assist with the manufacture and dispatch of animal feed products
Support production activities to achieve daily output targets
Operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment safely
Handle raw materials and finished products efficiently
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Monitor and maintain stock levels
Maintain a clean, protected and organised workplace
Follow all safety, hygiene, GMP and HACCP requirements
Work closely with supervisors and team members to support daily operations




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
About you
You will ideally possess:
Current Forklift Licence (essential)
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Previous experience in manufacturing, feed production or food production (preferred)
Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work effectively within a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 20kg
