As our next
Account Manager
, you'll take ownership of a diverse territory across
Mount Isa and surrounding regions
, partnering with customers across the
Mining, Utilities and Government sectors
. You'll nurture existing accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and deliver solutions that help customers succeed.

This
permanent full time opportunity
will see you spending the majority of your time with customers in the field, building lasting partnerships and driving territory growth, while working closely with our
Mount Isa Operations Team
to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Build and grow robust customer relationships across the Mining, Utilities, and Government sectors
n
Spend most of your time in the field, visiting customer sites, understanding their needs, and identifying growth opportunities
n
Manage and expand an existing customer portfolio while securing new business opportunities
n
Develop value-driven solutions that support customer success and deliver sales and profit growth
n
Execute a strategic territory plan, use CRM tools to manage opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
n

About You
n
n
Experienced in Account Management, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing sales role
n
Proven ability to grow customer relationships, win new business, and manage key or strategic accounts
n
Strong understanding of the Mount Isa region, with commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth
n
Excellent communication, relationship-building, planning, and territory management skills
n
Comfortable working independently, using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and travelling regularly throughout the territory
n
