The Role:
Our Asset Management Services (AMS) Team is recognised as a leader indelivering high‐quality property management services to some of Australia'smost respected institutional and corporate clients.We are seeking an energetic and motivated Commercial Asset Manager to joinour high‐performing team of commercial asset professionals. This is a dynamic,quick‐paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, andis eager to continue building a long‐term career in commercial assetmanagement.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will undertake a broad range of functions including,but not limited to:
Providing professional asset management servicesto our clients across our diverse commercial, retail, office and industrialproperty portfolio
Liaising with key stakeholders including Landlords, Tenants andContractors to ensure positive working relationships
Daily administrative activities
Coordinating quotes,



raising work orders and engaging trades andcontractors
Inducting and setting up new contractors within internal systems
Providing regular progress updates on project and maintenance works
Managing WHS, compliance and capital works programs
Conducting property inspections using digital platforms that generatereporting
Processing and coordinating invoice approvals
Managing arrears
Delivering outcomes within approved operating budgets
Preparing annual property budgets
Preparing monthly and annual financial reporting requirements
Maintaining accurate databases and undertaking daily diarised tasks
Managing the financial performance of the assetsand provide recommendations to clients
Key Requirements:
A team player who can take direction from the Head of Department
Confident communication skills andthe ability to work collaboratively with a team
Strong analytical skills and resilience
Solid skills in MS Outlook and Excel
Strong attention to detail andexcellent organisational capability
The ability to work both in theoffice and outdoors as required
The ability to manage multipletasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment
Current Driver Licence
Previous experience in the commercial property industry
