Are you organised, reliable, and someone who enjoys working with people? We are a small, family run business on the Sunshine Coast and are looking for a full time retail manager to join our team.
This is a hands on, customer- facing role in a agile retail environment, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing computerised pool water testing (training provided)
Assisting customers with retail sales
Handling stock ordering, rotation and merchandising
Invoicing
Responding to phone and email enquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manor
Maintaining a clean, organised retail environment
Assisting with the implementation of more efficient procedures
What We're Looking For:




Physically fit- able to lift 20kg salt bags
Available for some Saturday work
Quick learner with a strong memory
Excellent organisation and admin skills
Previous retail experience is a bonus
Experience with MYOB or other accounting software a bonus
Great communication skills and a positive attitude
Self motivated and able to work independently
A good team leader and able to provide training when required
Owning a pool or previous experience with pools is a bonus (but not essential)
A calm and patient approach with customers
