We are seeking a highly capable, polished professional to take ownership of this space, working alongside an established patient concierge team.
THE ROLE
Oversee and elevate the end-to-end patient journey, from enquiry through to aftercare
Lead reception operations and clinic flow with precision andcare
Deliver a warm, refined and highly attentive front-of-house experience
Support practice staff with pre-procedure care
Perform clinical photography in line with clinic standards
Conduct patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care
Maintain an impeccable clinic environment and cleanliness at all times
Manage bookings, billing and patient records with accuracy and discretion
ABOUT YOU
Must be experienced within a medical,



cosmetic or high-end service environment
Polished, professional and confident in communication
Strong command of written and spoken English
Attentive, empathetic and naturally service-driven - goes above and beyond
Exceptional attention to the smallest details
Delivers a level of care and service aligned with world-class luxury hospitality standards
Confident in a fast-paced, high-performance setting
Brings a critical mindset to improving systems, workflows and patient experience
