TeamKids is seeking a Second in Charge (2IC) at our Oran Park service in NSW. The role involves leading care delivery across before and after school programs, ensuring safety and quality while supporting the Director of Service.
This is a part time opportunity with total hours around 38 per week, aligned with school terms and holidays. You will train and develop staff, engage with children and families, and uphold TeamKids' commitment to child safety and exceptional service.
