About the Role
n
nAs a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a community aged care setting.n
n
n Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for:n
n
n
n
Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans.
n
Providing wound management, medication administration and clinical documentation.
n




Monitoring residents' health and responding to changing care needs.
n
Supporting residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
n
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, quality care.
n
Advocating for residents and promoting positive clinical outcomes.
n
About You
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Relevant nursing qualifications.
n
Previous Community Aged Care Experience
n
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Current Australian driver's licence.
n
Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
n
A compassionate, proactive and team-focused approach.
