Australian Taxation Office is seeking APS 4 IT Services Officers to join the Enterprise Solutions and Technology area. You will contribute to the delivery and support of critical IT services that enable business operations and outcomes across the organisation.
Working within an IT Service Management setting, you'll assist with service delivery activities, investigate service requests, support users, analyse information, and contribute to continuous service improvement activities.
