Prouds The Jewellers in Runaway Bay, Queensland invites an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales team and drive performance. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide coaching, onboarding, and development of Team Members.
You'll step up to lead when needed, manage daily operations, inventory, rostering and visual standards, and play a key role in building a positive, high-performing store culture.
