LJ Hooker Gladstone is looking for an enthusiastic Property Management Assistant with at least 1-2 years' experience to join our friendly, supportive team.
What's on offer:
Full time position preferred, with part-time applicants also encouraged to apply
Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Early finish every Friday at 3:00 pm
Part-time days and hours open for discussion
Phone and laptop provided

About the role
You'll work alongside our Senior Property Manager, helping with the day-to-day running of the portfolio and providing friendly, reliable service to our landlords and tenants.




Your role will include administrative support, coordinating maintenance, assisting with enquiries and keeping property records up to date. Depending on your experience and strengths, there's also the opportunity to assist with routine inspections.
About you:
At least 1 - 2 years' property management experience - essential
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Organised, proactive and reliable
Great communication and customer service skills
A team player who enjoys helping others and is happy to jump in where needed
