The Role & Responsibilities As Stock Manager,



you'll be responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day success of the store while helping create an outstanding experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and sharing your passion for our premium products. Working collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Supporting the management team with team leadership, coaching and daily store operations. Managing high volumes of stock, ensuring accuracy, organisation and efficient stock flow. Picking, packing and dispatching online orders to deliver a seamless customer experience. Assisting with store opening and closing procedures, including late‐night trade. Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and overall store presentation. Bringing a positive, proactive CAN-DO attitude to every shift and leading by example on the shop floor.
