Role Requirements
Aqua Aerobics qualification or Certificate III in Fitness
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current CPR certification
Current First Aid certification
High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of members
A passion for fun, fitness, and creating a welcoming class environment

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-energy aqua aerobics classes
Welcome and support members with a friendly and encouraging attitude
Assist members entering the water and outline the class format before starting
Prepare fun playlists and update choreography regularly




Provide an outstanding customer experience for all participants
Attend training workshops and development sessions to maintain and grow your skills
Work collaboratively with staff across both facilities
